China Garden Restaurant has been serving traditional Chinese cuisine in the Orlando area for over 20 years. The owner, Mr. Tsoi, has a combined restaurant experience of 30 years in Hong Kong, New York, and Orlando. Him and his wife, Anne, has fulfilled their goal of bringing traditional Chinese cuisine to Orlando since 1981 and has become a longtime favorite to many loyal diners. The interior décor of the restaurant is elegant and refined, yet the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. China Garden Restaurant also boasts an excellent banquet room for parties and meetings. Upon entering China Garden you will experience Chinese food at its finest.
Appearance, aroma and taste – the main factors of fine cuisines – are essential to every customer’s restaurant experience. Mr. Tsoi is aware of these factors and uses only the finest quality and freshest ingredients allowed in preparation of his dishes. He does not use MSG and only uses vegetable oil in his cooking and deep frying. Featured specialties include the ginger and scallion Maine lobster, live from the tank. Salt and pepper shrimp, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimp, beef filet in black pepper sauce, braised fish filet in Cantonese Style are among the most popular dishes. Mr. Tsoi is aware of the growing concerns over healthy food, he offers Brown Rice to accompany the entrees for a more nutritious substitute to White Rice. China Garden offers an array of fine wines, domestic and imported beers, and a meal selection that is among the best in Chinese Cuisine.
